THE AULD ALLIANCE – CHORAL MUSIC FROM SCOTLAND AND FRANCE

Join vocal ensemble Cantus Firmus, in the University of Glasgow’s beautiful Memorial Chapel, as they explore renaissance choral polyphony from Scotland and France. French masterpieces by Nicolas Gombert and Josquin des Prez will be paired with thrilling works by Scottish composers Ramsey and Carver and accented with modern gems from Olivier Messiaen and Frederick Rimmer.
