Booking Recommended

Join us in St Mungo Square for a special afternoon celebrating human creativity and connection through music. Headline performers and attractions include:

The Burning Hell

The musical project of songwriter Mathias Kom and multi-instrumentalists Ariel Sharratt and Jake Nicoll. A genre-shifting music packed with literary and pop-cultural forebears. Set will also feature three acts from the University of Glasgow.

The Phonoautobothy

A mobile, entirely solar-powered recording studio built inside an upcycled exhibition trailer in Glasgow. Designed and built by Canada’s Idlefield Art Lab (Jake Nicoll, Ariel Sharratt, Mathias Kom and Pamela MacKenzie), the Phonoautobothy will encourage open participation in recording and music-making of all kinds. Available to visit throughout the day.
